What We Do

Strive to Thrive from Nine to Five. I love helping people and I'm passionate about business so making 9 to 5 some of the most enjoyable and rewarding hours of your day is my mission. Early in my career, I worked on the PGA Tour with some of the best players to ever play the game. Virtually all of them had a coach or coaches. Why do the best athletes in the world have coaches yet business owners and leaders rarely do? My open book journey began in 2002 when I moved to Singapore to setup companies throughout Asia Pacific for the golf brands of Titleist, FootJoy and Cobra. In a short period of time, our Teams grew the business from $69m to $281m across 17 countries and many diverse cultures. This success, built on transparency, trust, a positive culture and having fun provided further proof that this is the only way to run a business and is the basis for my coaching. Now as a certified Great Game of Business coach, working with business owners and their Teams, we learn together to build truly special and seriously fun places to spend our working hours, resulting in happier people, better business results and greater rewards for everyone.
